Oops, it’s been a really long time since I’ve updated this.
Since Kennedy Meadows, I hiked two hundred miles through the High Sierras. That means elevations up to 14,000 feet, snow everywhere, raging creek crossings, and extreme exhaustion. I got off the trail in Mammoth Lakes two weeks ago for a friend’s wedding and to let the snow melt while I recovered some of my will to hike on. It’s pretty rough, hiking through such unwelcoming terrain.
